The MDC detail can show a generated “As of” time. That tells when the displayed data snapshot was produced. It does not establish a fixed update schedule. A record can lag behind jail processing, and the county’s terms say its data is for reference and requires confirmation. The interface also keeps some older booking details available. Visibility alone therefore says nothing about whether a release occurred in the last day.
Check Bernalillo Same-Day Releases
A same-day check works best when it follows one booking from the MDC record to the court that issued the order. Use an exact booking number or Person ID when available. Names can match more than one person, and a single person can have more than one booking. The goal is to identify the final physical release, not merely the first row that contains a release date.

Getting Home After Bernalillo Release
Bernalillo County’s Resource Re-entry Center is a documented transition path for some people leaving MDC. Research on the program describes a safer reception point and navigation services. It does not establish that every released person goes there. Someone transferred to NMCD or another agency remains on a custody path and does not use a community-release route.
