Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Bernalillo County Released Inmates. By viewing or using the site, you agree to every term below. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

This is a privately owned reference site with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Resource

Bernalillo County Released Inmates organizes links and explanations that help visitors locate county jail, NMCD, court, supervision, federal, and immigration records. It also connects visitors with outside research tools. The site does not store official records, control a jail, confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document with an agency.

We do not control its content, privacy practices, prices, data handling, or availability. Review the destination's own terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranty that:

  • Content is accurate, complete, or current
  • The site will remain available without interruption
  • The service is free of errors, defects, or security risks
  • A partner search will locate every relevant record

Custody, release, court, and supervision information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Bernalillo County, MDC, NMCD, a sheriff, a court, or another government office.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable where the law permits.
